ELIGIBILITY FOR CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA ZONE BASED OFFICERS IN JMG GRADE SCALE 1
AGE
Not below 21 years and Not above 32 years as on 30.11.2024 i.e. candidates must have been born not later than 30.11.2003 and not earlier than 01.12.1992 (both days inclusive)
Relaxation of Upper age limit for various categories are applicable.
QUALIFICATION
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government
EXPERIENCE
Candidates working/worked in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs)/ Scheduled Cooperative Banks (Urban & State)/ *Non Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) having minimum assets size of at least Rs.500.00 crores operating in India.
In Officer/Supervisory cadre -1 Year
In Clerical Cadre-3 Years
Application Fee
Application fee to be remitted by the applicants along with the Application for Recruitment is as under (GST @ 18% extra will be charged on application fee)
Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe/PWBD candidates/ Women candidates– Rs. 175/-+GST
All Other Candidates– Rs. 850/-+GST

There are a total of 266 vacancies for the post of Zone Based Officers in Junior Management Grade Scale 1.
The application process will be open from 21.01.2025 to 09.02.2025
The candidate must be between 21 and 32 years old as of 30.11.2024. Candidates must have been born between 01.12.1992 and 30.11.2003 (both dates inclusive).
Relaxation in the upper age limit is available for certain categories.
Candidates must have experience in the following categories:
- For Officer/Supervisory cadre: Minimum 1 year of experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs), Scheduled Cooperative Banks (Urban & State), or Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
- For Clerical cadre: Minimum 3 years of experience in the above-mentioned institutions.
- SC/ST/PWBD/Women candidates: ₹175 + GST
- All Other Candidates: ₹850 + GST
The basic pay will be ₹48,480 (with increments) and can go up to ₹85,920. In addition, perquisites and allowances will be as per the bank’s policy.
