NHPC Limited, a premier hydropower company under the Ministry of Power, invites applications from retired Government and PSU officers for NHPC Retired Officers Recruitment 2025 empanelment as Inquiring Authorities. Officers will be selected for conducting departmental inquiries on a need basis. The empanelment is open to eligible retired professionals with relevant experience, particularly in Vigilance or Establishment matters.

Interested and eligible retired officers should apply only through the online registration system available at NHPC’s official website. Applications in any other form, including hard copies, will not be accepted unless specifically requested by NHPC.

Note:

·       Those who have already applied under Advertisement No. NH/HR/Rectt/01/2024 need not apply again.

·       Empanelment is valid for three years.

·       Officers can handle up to 20 cases per year, with maximum 4 cases at a time.

·       Timely submission of inquiry reports (within 180 days) is mandatory.

·       Honorarium varies by number of witnesses and applicant background (Govt./PSU).

·       Preference will be given to candidates with Law degrees and prior experience in inquiries.
